Since today, a pop-up appears when trying to access my games, asking for my date of birth. When I enter it it says 'please enter a valid date of birth' - I did! I can't do anything on that form after that. Please fix!

what is up with plinga game Chatm Farm? it worked fine yeterday, yet today all I get is a black screen!

I clicked on Plinga's game Charm, and all I got was a black screen. Yesterday it worked fine, but today I've been trying all day, and all i get is a black screen.I don't know why, but hat's what I've been getting. i tried this morning, got a black screen, this this afternoon, and the same thing happened, or if it does wotrrk I get reload, refresh, restart. So that's another issue that has to be fixed

I 'm not at all pissed, but just want to know why I see that I still can get in my plinga account with my yahoo mail but that the password isn' t accept. Don' t know what happend but want to play further on plinga family barn dutch version. They answered via the website that the issue is on their end due to adobe flash player being discontinued and they are in the process of switching to another format. It ill take time and they are asking for patience which I will give them.

Klondike not available on this social platform

Why is there no availability to play Klondike on browser (using my laptop). It has been fine until yesterday (12 June 2019) morning. Since then all I get is an 'Attention' message saying not available on this social platform. There is a redirect to Facebook but I don't use Facebook and I understand that you can't access your PC account username anyway, so have to start the game again. There is no help or reason for the loss of ability to play. Klondike is a game where you have to invest real money to make good progress, which I have. I can find no way to communicate directly with Plinga Customer Support. may be they don't have any and don't care about their customers.

It is right again for me now - no explanation from Plinga. My guess is that the latest PC update went wrong and it took a day or so to fix. If so, they need to post a more informative 'not available' message.

Can't get Plinga to reset my password to play Klondike.

Don't know what happened, but on Tuesday or Wednesday (Nov. 2nd or 3rd). I tried to log on to my Klondike account. My password had been saved for a couple years. Now it said I needed to provide my password, which I can't remember....I hit the "Forgot Password" button and typed in my email address. The "help" instructions to get your password reset said it was easy....I have sent multiple requests to have my password sent to my email and even sent a message to them from the Plinga Facebook page. I have spent a bunch of money playing this game and have had no response from Plinga. I still have 300+ emeralds to use that I purchased. Not a good way to keep a paying customer....I'm not happy. Don't know what else to do or why they won't respond.

Plinga Fairy Farm Video Game Review

I have been playing fairy farm for quite some time now. I am very upset by my lastest game play do to them taken away my chocolate cow and not answering my complaint about the issue. I can't do one of my quests due to my chocolate cow missing. So I am very disappointed and not very happy with the game at this point. Please help give me answers or Give my chocolate cow back thank you.

Plinga Games lacks Customer Support

Plinga Games directs players to the Uservoice 'Knowledge Base' forum as a first recourse for game issues. This forum is not up to date, not even the section tracking Plinga's updates to the games. Attempts to post a new issue FAIL. Plinga's Facebook page does not allow users to post (though individual game pages do allow player posts). Private Messages on Facebook receive "email support@***.com" ONCE - all future messages are ignored. Emails have been sent to Plinga, 4 times in February, 3 times in March, and 3 times in June (to date). None of these emails has received a reply. First off, there should not be many support issues all this time. Each and every user complaint/issue should receive an immediate acknowledgement it was received and is being reviewed. Then the matter needs to be addressed, with the user being made whole - whether compensation is in-game correction or monetary refund - AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE! To have an issue unaddressed, a player ignored for 3 months, indicates there is NO customer service.

Disconnect & lousy customer service

Error message "You have been disconnected. Please Check your internet connection", for 2 hours now - this after over an hour of 502 & 504 Gateway errors (their server down or has issues). The Help forum claims load issues are due to a recent Flashplayer update (that affects no other games). Trying 'Contact Us' returns you to the forum, where you have to dig and slog to finally make a post; attempts to Post get the circle of death. No recent post from Customer Support on the matter. Their Facebook page does not allow posts, and IM's are ignored. Note the time in the photo is 5:36 PM - this started around 2:30.

Here is an update:

I eventually received an email from Plinga support. The contact email they furnished is: support@***.com

Here is the content of a second email, after I asked if we would be compensated for lost resources:

"Dear user,

yes you will get a compensation we are still in negoiations with the developers about the amount and type of compensation.

If you have any further question feel free to contact us." The compensation is in the form of a treasure chest, not replacement of the lost resources. The main thing is the company DID respond; I do not know the outcome for those who lost real money due to the outage.

I joined this game on facebook called fairy farm by plinga games. i enjoyed it so much as i am not a person that goes out much. In order to get far in the game you have to spend money, which i did on four occasions. Two weeks ago the game just stopped working. I cant get in at all it just sais error loading, I have tried from three different computers but no luck. I have put complaints on the forum a few time but have got no response. I live in south africa and have to spend zar which is more expensive due to exchange rate. Two other members play the game in my house and they dont seem to have a problem. I am so disgusted with plinga for not even as much as apologising. is there anything you can do for me please, i feel i deserve a full refund due to lack of comunication between them and myself. very very unhappy customer. Akiko, the game may work for you but it is broken for many people, not just the above person. Patience does not cure errors with a game that will not load.

To say that tech never replies to errors is wrong. Zynga support replies to all error and game play submissions via e-mail. Castleville even has real time chat available.

After attempting to log on to help several times I have given up. It is really too bad as the game was fun, however if Plinga is not going to provide support for their game and continues to cheat their customers their associationwith Facebook should come to an end.

Replying to comment of Plinga

I have been complaining about issues for a long time and it is not browser issues you all need to really look into your game Fairy Farm. I have contacted you all and got the same response through the help button about it being a browser issue i have tried 3 different browsers with the same problem with the game.

i have cleared my browser cache several times and still happens. Its not my browser cache thats the issue its your game. I have tried on several computers also it is a game problem.

None of the other games that are plinga related give me this problem - it was always a bank crystal issue. Please fix it soon or you will lose another player that does spend money.

It is not a scam, I play this game too. It's a relatively new game on facebook, so it WILL have errors.. all social games that start out have glitches.. Farmville has been around for almost 4 years now and still has massive errors.. that's just the way it is.

Tech will NEVER reply to you about any game in any forum.. never expect that, developers however do see your complaints and they add them to their work load. They don't have time to reply to every single person that had a complaint.. if they did that, nothing would get fixed.

You also do not have to spend any money to play the game, you earn crystals every time you level up.. it's up to you if you want to do things fast, or have patience and do them at a slower pace. So don't blame the company if you lack patience and "have" to spend money to advance faster.. that's on you.

Also the game is working just fine. I've been playing it for the past 3 weeks with no problems.
